Transliteration:

Allāhumma anta rabbī. Lā ilāha illā ant. ʿAlayka tawakkaltu wa anta rabb al-ʿarsh al-ʿaẓīm. Lā ḥawla wa lā quwwata illā billāh al-ʿaliyy al-ʿaẓīm. Mā shāʾ Allāh kāna wa mā lam yashaʾ lam yakun. Aʿlamu anna Allāh ʿalā kulli shayʾin qadīr wa anna Allāh qad aḥāṭa bi-kulli shayʾin ʿilman wa aḥṣā kulla shayʾin ʿadadā. Allāhumma innī aʿūdhu bika min sharri nafsī wa min sharri kulli dābbatin anta ākhidhun bi-nāṣiyatihā. Inna rabbī ʿalā ṣirāṭin mustaqīm.

Translation:

O Allah! You are my Lord. There is no god but You. I place my trust in You alone. You are the Lord of the mighty Throne. There is no power and no strength except with Allah, the Most High, the Most Great. Whatever Allah wills, happens; what He does not will, does not happen. I know that Allah is powerful over all things and that Allah has encompassed everything in knowledge and counted everything in number. O Allah! I seek refuge in You from the evil of my own self and from the evil of every creature You hold by its forelock. Surely, my Lord is on a straight path.
