Surah Al-Inshirah

Meaning: "Did we not expand for you, [O Muhammad], your breast? And We did not remove from you your burden which had weighed upon your back? And raised high for you your repute? For indeed, with hardship [will be] ease. Indeed, with hardship [will be] ease. So when you have finished [your duties], then stand up for worship. And to your Lord direct [your] longing."

Information: Today, the extraordinarily difficult life conditions have made the sensation of stress or tightness in the chest, often called anxiety, a common problem among many people. The Quran has sent this profound Surah as a remedy and solution for such situations. One of the scholars who studied this Surah said, "When you feel tightness in your chest, reflect on Surah Al-Inshirah, for Allah has promised that with every difficulty, there are two eases. Reflecting on this will bring you relief."
